Hardly need to reapply, unless your doing a marathon. Isn't sticky and isn't smelly. No flavor, if that's what you're looking for. It's warming and night in a burning way, at least for myself. Great product. It's a pump and I don't have to squeeze the life out of a bottle, which is a bonus!! A little goes a long way and it's smooth.
