Defective upon receipt
I’m a big fan of Calexotics products but I’m sorry to post a negative review about this item. I received a defective item today and this is not eligible for return. So just wasted money on buying this. Maybe not all are defective but the one i got is completely dead. I put brand new batteries and followed the terminal sign correctly but the motor is unresponsive. So sad, i hope they could focus more on quality control so this company can grow more.
