Didn't use it. Opened the package when delivered. First off...this thing is huge! Not so much in length as girth. (I don't recall the diameter being listed when we first looked at this online) Next...It's a "one speed". Full blown on! I wasn't looking to send my wife through the wall. This thing could vibrate concrete apart! Then I noticed a strange bend about 2 inches down from the head. Something is not right with this. I contacted SimpliPleasures about my "Product Concerns". They informed me that "Due to the sensitivity of the product" they could not refund nor take the item back. However they would give me a voucher for 3/4 value. With some hesitancy...I agreed. So I took it apart. Being careful as to not damage the outer material, I was able to disassemble the product. It's broken! The "vibrating portion" of this product broke away from its mount. Looking at the assembly of this product I can see why it broke. I forwarded my pics to SimpliPleasures and I got a "Thank You" for the pics. So I paid full price for an item that's broke (out of the box and even sent pics to confirm it) and I get a voucher for 3/4 value of what I spent. Not happy! I am going to use the voucher for sure. I hope the item(s) I order aren't broke or these vouchers are going to dwindle down to $0.
