The 10 inch is MUCH bigger than the nicely sized 9 inch version. It's not an easy transition to go from the 9 to the 10. It took a few tries to even get it to work and it still is a bit too hard to use comparably. Very big, and rather hard. Very filling once you get it in tho, but it's probably better to get a liquid silicone version in a similar girth if you want it to be more manageable. Still feels really good, 4/5 cause it was so much larger than the 9 in of the same line.
