Was not what I thought the hole is small and after you clean it it no longer works very disappointing

Small. Plastic ring in front is sharp. It leaves marks on skin. Should be two holes for suction. One the way it is and a smaller one so I dosen't get to tight. That's why the plastic cover leaves marks. But it's good. Thanks.
