Good for beginners.
These clamps are good for beginners because the tension is adjustable, and even at their tightest it's not terribly tight. The vibration can overpower the pinch of the nipple clamps if left on too long. However, the ability to turn it on it off helps. All in all, I've gotten some good use out of them, but once I got more comfortable with clamps I moved on to bigger and better ones.

There are no instructions on how to adjust the vibration. One goes crazy and one is a mild vibration. we have adjusted the use accordingly but wish there was a way to get them both on the same frequency. If you are creative there are many uses.
