Dose what it's supposed to, but takes a while to achieve results! This is a great buy! Don't bother spending more in other more expensive pumps. Why waste money when results will be the same. The seal is a great fit, and is still like new after several months!
i got this as a gag gift for a friend, he didnt use lube, it caused him pain, i found humor in his misfortune. If you want one i guess for a gauge or whatnot, you should be able to fit one on here for vacuum.

While some pumps have shoddy "pump bulbs" and do not give decent or long-lasting suction, this one's trigger pump did the job... and I noticed a 600% size/length increase upon use. I will report back after a few months/weeks of use to share whether or not any permanent enlargement is achieved. Note: the use of a penis ring/band will help maintain the erection, but one must not use one that is too large, else what is achieved through pumping is quickly lost..

It's a fun novelty toy but def doesn't do anything. Came quicker than I was told was discrete and works as advertised. If you're careful you won't break it in five min. Used about ten times and no problems. Get lube too if you get one.
I was just like you reading the reviews and thought for the money this would be a decent product. Stubbornly, I thought maybe I would get lucky and get a good pump with no problems...I was wrong. Worked good the first 5 times but then the release valve started leaking as other reviews mentioned. Impossible to fix without tearing whole unit apart. Save your money and buy a quality pump.. Short of buying this for a gag gift I highly disapprove. Waste of money.
But not as good as my old one which was just a $10 cheapie. I got better results. When I use this and I expand its hard to get the silicone piece off of my penis. But it does do the job.
