The pump for the job
While some pumps have shoddy "pump bulbs" and do not give decent or long-lasting suction, this one's trigger pump did the job... and I noticed a 600% size/length increase upon use. I will report back after a few months/weeks of use to share whether or not any permanent enlargement is achieved. Note: the use of a penis ring/band will help maintain the erection, but one must not use one that is too large, else what is achieved through pumping is quickly lost..

This was my first pump. It was very easy to use. Gained a whole in by pumping, but I do t have a ring to hold it. Also had some increase in girth. I would suggest not pumping too hard and keeping it pumped for a few minutes before release and pumping again, then massaging and repeat. Reason I didn't give a perfect score is it would be nice to have a pressure gauge, so you can know what your perfect pump is. Delivery was discreet as well. I would definitely recommend. With continued use you can most likely gain at least an inch, possibly permanently!
