My husband immediately looked up a contact number for Simpli Pleasure Customer Service and made the call, a very nice lady named Jovi Reyes was able to assist my husband and instructed him to make a video of the toy and explain the problem that we were experiencing, once finished he was to forward that clip to her which he did. My husband received a thank you email from Ms. Reyes and that we should have a replacement within 3 to 5 days. Ladies within two days my replacement Mini vib arrived, that evening once I finished my shower I told my husband to get his shower and than we would call it a night. I heard my husband start the shower and that was my opportunity to play with my yum yum using my new mini vib that I had tested after opening the package, Gawd this is a powerful little toy.
