Free one did not work...
I ordered two products and was offered a free vibrator. That is what initiated my order. When my products arrived the one that offered for free was defective and does not work. The batteries are new and the product just is now functional. I started thinking was I duped by the free product. Was it just an overstocked product that had problems and you offered as an enticement to get me to purchase $60.00 worth of merchandise and threw that one in for free because you had to many that did not function at all. The products I purchased do work fine and I have no complaints. I really felt like this was like the old bait and switch. Hi, I would give a positive review on this lil friend even without rebate-type incentive! First off, I really appreciate your website design. Clean, clear, easy to browse, great images, and the videos are cute too. The site gives an overall aura of confidence in the products and your commitment to quality goods, and customer service. In my opinion anyway. Yours wasn't the first website I looked at in my search but it was the only one I purchased from, or am likely to purchase from in the future. The Vedo itself is a wonderful addition to anyone's toy chest. For me the width is perfect, not intimidating or challenging, just a nice easy slide. The power button on the top is perfectly placed, and easy to click whilst in the moment. Twelve settings seems like a lot, but once you go through them, and you find the perfect one'oh yes. Quiet, just like the description promised. The material of the vibrator is neat too, soft, stays cool, but not cold at all. The texture does not scream 'I'm a dildo!', more like whispers, 'I'm your lil lilac friend, here to help you relax.' The ribs are nice, adding to the overall experience. It's easy to clean too thanks to being waterproof. Also, bathtub fun! I would highly recommend this item, it has my full and enthusiastic endorsement. Thanks!
HONEST REFUND POLICY!
I ordered a total of 5 products as XMAS gifts for my wife. Two of the products did not work, and one was not as described. The other two products were great.
