Its ok but could improve
They are to small. I wish they were more 1-3/4" The glass is nice and can be fun but without the larger size it makes it difficult to hold in and feel.

Excellent product, the gf is already tight, but now can definitely squeeze all the way up. Gets tired alot less during long sessions and uses them during the day when were both going to be busy. Only took about 3 wks to start seeing noticable results. Highly recommend them, cheap & well worth the price, very much like a gym membership would be to get the chub off.BE warned though, results do require practice, 30 min daily. The gf says she can play a little n sneak in an O with both in, but it depends on how much shes craving.
