I was really surprised how comfortable, versitile

I was really surprised how comfortable, versitile, and safe this set is. The cuffs are comfortable and reasonably easy enough for the captor to remove. This might seem counter to their purpose, but it's great for people like me who want to do self-bondage. The spreader bars can be used in really any combination. Get creative. I used both spreaders for my feet, and I joined two hand cuffs together. The larger spreader has two attachments on top allowing for a more restrictive hand position. I could go on and on, but the versitility of this set is superb for the price. I would complain about the linkage quality that joins the cuff attachments on either side of the spreaders, but I actually found that it was a safety feature. I managed to get too ambitious and I fell over on my bed. Instantly, the cuff attachments on the larger bar broke free before I could do serious damage to myself. I managed to break the two thick rings in the middle, but that's a small price. I was able to reattach the linkage on the larger spreader with pliers. My only real gripe is the included collar. It's too short, and the Velcro sticks into my neck. It's otherwise a nice collar if you don't already have one. I have a thick neck, so it might fit average builds up to 250lb or so. I have a shirt neck size of 21-22, so if you are 18 or below it should do just fine. I'd definately recommend this for self bondage. It's safe, comfortable, and provides enough restriction without making it impossible to get out of.

Very good starter set!

The Item is perfect to add a little spice to your bedroom or any other room for that matter. The item is sturdy and does a good job, the cuffs are easy to use. The Spread Em Bar allows for great positioning for endless ecstasy and enjoyment.

This spreader bar and cuff set is not adjustable as the name implies, but it is a very enjoyable addition to our collection. the only real complaint I have with it is that the small bar doesn't spread the arms far enough to prevent removal.

The grin on my wife's face... Not cheaply made... The longer bar has four attachment points and the shorter bar has three attachment points. Comes with 5 restraints, a very cheap blindfold and a small lock and key to secure the zipper on the bag.
