I had low expectations due to some negative reviews left on the other Fetish Fantasy pump toy, but I love nipple play and had to give it a try, and it exceeded my expectations. For reference I do have a small chest (an A cup) and smaller nipples, and this toy works wonderfully for me. It is a little tricky to use solo but it does stay on very well once you get the suction going.
not what I was looking for
I thought it would "pump" more like a breast pump than just pump up your nipples for a certain point and then just feel like it is pinching. Doesn't hold suction very well and only works of both are on.

These babies do the job! The vibrators didn't do anything for me, so I tossed them. Good suction. I hooked them up to an oscillating vacuum pump. Nice!
Decent at best
Batteries were missing from package. Other then that it has to be held on at the same time. Comes with lube and cleaner
Not quite what I expected.
This is the first time I buy a product aimed to pull the nipples. I fumbled and multi-tasked placing both cups on my nipples while pumping to ensure the cups stayed in place. Once the cups were in place, I pumped two or three times but the pump ceased to exert any more pull. The vibrations from the bullets did nothing for me; I wished they were stronger. The quick release from the pump works quite well. I experimented with letting a bit of air out and then pumping again. After about three minutes with the devise in place and working the pump, I started to have a pleasurable ache in my nipples and I could see that they were enlarged inside the cup. How I wished the vibrations were really strong then. I gently pulled at the cups in want of additional sensations but the cups got dislodged. My nipples were hard, enlarged and quite sensitive. They continued to be somewhat erect and sensitive for about the rest of the day. This product left me for the most part unsatisfied. It is a bit cumbersome to put in place, the pull of the nipples is not very strong and the vibrations from the bullets is feeble. Perhaps with lots of time for foreplay this product may be a good initiation to a good night of fun.
