This is exactly as described. Yes it is real leather with stainless steel buckle and fasteners. The inside of the leather has a soft felt lining that is quite comfortable against the skin. There are plenty of adjustment holes for the buckle to pretty much match anyone's size. The size of the ball is very comfortable and does the job. For the price this is a very good value. Great for a first timer or a seasoned sub.

Cheap construction
Came apart the first use. Seriously cheap construction and materials. Might be good for strict roleplaying who don't want to actually tighten the gag down but no good for someone who is looking for a gag that actually works.

Strap is to short
This gag fits my wife perfectly, except she can easily spit the gag out. One or two more holes punched in the strap would make this at least a four star product.

New dimension of kink
