You Need To Experiment, But It Does Work
The product arrived on time and in good condition. There is a nipple suction device with a small opening and one with a larger opening. There are also 4 pairs of o-rings. Both suction devices provide reasonable suction but need to be held in place. They will not stay in place on their own. I don't believe they are meant to be stand alone devices. The o-rings work well after the suction device is applied for several minutes. If you don't wait the flesh around the nipple will not stay compressed by the ring. Basically, the suction device needs time to gather the flesh around the nipple and keep it in place. After much experimenting with which suction device to use, how long to leave it on and which 0-ring worked best, I finally found a combination that worked for me. In summary, I like the device. It works as advertised. It does require some experimentation to get the desired results. That said the desired results for me were achievable.
