The outer rings are large, magnets too weak to hold and overall too big to pinch an erect 5mm nipple. They are pretty though.
Fantastic for larger nipples
My sensitive nipples are about the same size as the tip of my pinky finger. It’s not easy to find clamps that fit around them and still pinch the way I like, these do. They’re definitely not for smaller nipples but great for larger ones. I love the thickness of them and the weight is nice too. The magnets are nice and strong but I found that they hold tighter if they are lined up across my nipple not pointing to the top of my nipple. Lined up across my thick nipples they pinch enough to turn my nubs purple after wearing for half an hour. The tingling and sensitivity when they come off is as delicious as wearing them around. Mmmmm

The Right Amount Of "Pinch" For Your Playtime
These are super pretty, though a little duller than I expected in color. They're also fairly difficult to get attached to your nipples and require them to be fairly hard before they work. Because of this I'm not really able to use them on myself. I had surgery on my breasts so they're very hard to ... well ... get hard! Lol. My beau, however, has gotten a lot of great use out of them ;) When they do work, they work really well and have just the right amount of "pinch" for your fetish play!

I was very excited about these prior to arrival. My breasts are medium sized. They felt great at first, then they began sliding off causing extreme pain at the end of the nipple. Couldn't wait to take off.
