Great but the little rubber tips kept slipping off, a few drops of crazy glue in the little tips solved that problem.

I like how attention is paid to the "looks" of this item. However, because of this, they didn't think about the person wearing it. The ball is somewhat pliable, which is nice, but the leather is folded to the inside, therefore the edges are cutting into the corners of the mouth, making it hard for extended wear.

You get what you pay for
Not a bad product for the price. The rubber on the tips of the nipple clamps would not stay on and they are not very strong.
