So I'm not sure who is using this product and those previous reviews. And I'm not a large guy in terms of my male anatomy and this was extremely small. Very very tight, very uncomfortable. Very painful how it's priced at $43 originally then on sale for 11. Why it was not very comfortable to use. Not very comfortable to wear. Horrible. I would not recommend this to anyone. The design needs to be revised. Personally believe that the images do not do this product. Just this into the product description, not there
