The Dilator Set from the Berman Center line is a thoughtfully designed tool meant to help train and exercise the vaginal walls and muscles to help ease discomfort and increase pleasure during sex and penetration.
3 sizes of sleeve interlock over a standard, 3 1/4 inch dilator so you can start off that the smallest, and work your way up at your own pace.
Simply stack the next size overtop of the one before it; and twist to lock it in securely.
An included soft, textured silicone sleeve adds pleasurable stimulation when you 're ready, it slips overtop of the last two sizes of dilator.
To take the 'clinical' feel away from using a dilator, this one can vibrate at multiple speeds, which lets you focus on pleasure as well as training, and also helps to relax you and increase blood flow and lubrication.
The slick, smooth body friendly plastic material is hygienic and firm for perfect control, it's also waterproof so you can safely use this tool in the tub or shower.
You can use any type of lubrication you like with the Dilator set, but only a water based formula should be used with the silicone sleeve.

Where to begin?
I guess i could start at the beginning but who wants all of that back story? We all have something that brings us to this particular purchase. And we are at this purchase purposely to overcome it. So lets start there... A very special type of physical therapist ordered me to get this. I was only to use it according to her strict guidelines. You see for me, the purpose is to relax. I was given the directive of starting with the smallest size and keeping it very still until i no longer felt it. Then gently apply a small amount of pressure to one spot. Wait there until i no longer feel it then repeat this process all around. THEN i could move on to the next size up. There are breathing techniques involved, a sort of meditation. It takes time and is a bit cumbersome emotionally and just hard to schedule..but i did as i was told. I continued and graduated from that physical therapy. I never knew i needed this. I wish other women didnt need this! But the inventor should be sainted. We are so in the dark about our own bodies. I wish this was standard therapy for all women! I feel like i missed out on years while not knowing there is a better way. This is a tool. You need to put in the work. This has helped immensely and if the medical aspect of it is not what you are interested in, it also has an attachment that is softer, has ridges, and it vibrates ;)

I struggle with pelvic floor dysfunction and they’re awesome for that. The vibration function isn’t very intense which has its ups and downs, but overall I recommend.

Got these for my pelvic physical therapy. After my BV went undiagnosed and untreated for half a year, my muscles were a complete mess down there. These were a necessity and still are post-therapy.
