overall I am very pleased with this product. The only downside is that it does not stay put, espedcially after inflation. I would recommend either some type of harness or garment to accompany this item if you plan on doing anything other than holding it by hand.

These things are inherently difficult to make. You have to have something hard enough to insert and soft enough to expand like a balloon. And, IMO, no one has come close to making one that really makes the mark. This one, like all others I have tried, inflates unevenly, and requires constant attention - contorted attention with slippery hands - to use. When it is inflated, it is so flexible that it just compresses when passing through the anal muscles, bulging out on both sides. Kinda defeats the purpose of buying something to help expand the muscle ring or teach it to relax. ;-) Once the 'bulge' of air appears on the outside of your anal ring, it essentially pushes itself out - at speed - and you have to pay so much attention to it that you cannot relax. I suppose if you mostly used it with a partner it would be better? The 'balloon over a dildo' design (the most common one) just is not going to do what is desired. Not sure what the solution is really. Have to go to the design board. Until the answer is found, I really think you are better off just buying graduated sizes of regular dildos and just working up that way.
poor quality
The rubber is thin and blows up as a baloon, losing the original shape. Tore after very few mild and gentle uses.

it would not inflate
Horrible!
I took this out of the package, and of course, I was curious. I squeezed the bulb three times and it gets this bubble on the side of it. Now I am afraid to even try putting it in myself for fear of it coming apart in me. I did not bother trying to get it replaced. It would most likely be blamed on user error, or cost more to ship it back than it's worth. Do yourself a favor, spend a few more bucks on a better quality inflatable. In the photos, you can plainly see where the bubble appeared, and the second photo is exactly three squeezes of the bulb.
