Awesome company totally back up their products
Excellent customer services. Products are high quality, but with anything, sometimes there are issues. I had issues with one product and they totally backed it up, which in my opinion is awesome. I've done business with them maybe 6 times and it's the first place I'd go for any toys.

Too small to insert had to buy other sleeves, bulb broke after two uses. Motor was made well I kept that and tossed the unit.
