Really like this item. Pay attention to the measurement pic. I didn't realize it was a bit smaller all around than it actually is. Not a problem. My boys ride high and tight so the thinness of the unit works well for me. Most ball straps don't work for me but this stayed on nicely! Not sure how this would work for guys who have looser scrots. You might not have as much resistance pushing away from your groin. I imagine the separation aspect would still work well. Looking forward to some j/o sessions with this new toy as well as doggy style with my wife and having my balls slapping her clit.
