Good for some, not for me
The sleeves that came with my pump though thin work better than this new replacement. New one is thicker, better made, and should be better, but isn't for me.

It worked great. The bad part of it all is the pump I bought it for was the classix xl penis enlargement pump ,and the nipple where the pump handle hooks onto at the top of the cylinder broke the 1st week I bought it so now I have to hold it all together whenever I use it.
