Having used similar ties before, my husband and I bought this set to replace our older ones. The ties don't come with any instructions, which may be slightly off-putting for a novice cock ring user, especially as the beads can be a bit fiddly to adjust. As another reviewer said, snug is the fit you're going for, not tight. As they're silicone, a good water-based lube is a necessity to prevent degradation of the material. We found that a drop of lube around the beads helped to make adjustments much easier. They do exactly what they're supposed to, making the erection last longer and intensifying male climax. They're aesthetically nicer than some similar products on the market, and well worth the cost.

I found that the loop pulled on pubic hair when trying to tighten and release. I also hated the idea of have to stretch the loop in order to get it over the scrotum. It pained a bit and was a bit bothersome. I would definitely not recommend this kind of product.
