Disappointing and Painful
Very hard to adjust and the silicone material of the loop is very sticky. It is very easy to pinch skin in the clasp and very hard to adjust. Very disappointing even for a cheap price.

Darn difficult to adjust
The material just doesn't slip through the clamp, ever. It's almost impossible to get on and off, and certainly nothing like quickly. Skip It.

Piece of crap
As in other reviews, this is hard to adjust and does not even hold its position. It's as if no one even attempted to use it after designing and before shipping. Total junk.

Good product
This "loop" is a little hard to adjust, but is fairly easy to get on and off once you get it adjusted to a position that works for you. I would recommend the product.

Does Pretty Much What it Promises
Definitely helped me stay much harder for much longer (my wife says she likes not having to stop and put things back where they were--a reference to my tendency to go 1/2 flaccid moments after starting intercourse). The only complaint I have is a small bead or knot on the ends of the string would be nice. I also slid the clamp right into my hand while washing.

Don't waste your money on this product!
Product is stiff and uncomfortable. The rubber loop is rough and abrasive against skin. Also the metal clasp is hard to adjust and catches skin causing pain. This is an unsafe product. Problems should be corrected or it should be taken off the market.
