Ok option
The unit works. Almost as advertised (I did not find ten vibe modes, only 5). I liked the relatively thin insertion portion - some of the massagers are very thick that makes them usable only for a very big guys or mules. Or at least for those whom nature provided with quite a sizable orifices for whatever reasons :-). As to me when I see prostate massagers 2.5 inches in diameter I am somewhat horrified. And at 5'7 Im not really a midget. Besides, thick massagers provide much less opportunity for minor adjustments when inside or for additional movements (which may add to usability in one sense or another). This one is just right, for those who prefer more of fulfillment feeling on the back end maybe even a little too thin. At any rate, easy insertion, easy removal (particularly important for those who have tendency to hemorrhoids or painful prostate) and room for maneuvering. That's all good. However, the overall shape is a little odd. The 'finger' part, the one that is inserted, is a little short so even when fully inserted does not adequately hit the whole prostate, only some portion of it. And the shape also is not that good. To apply to prostate you would need to really press on the unit to angle it sufficiently so it is touching the prostate. Obviously, you can not insert it beyond the kink, which makes one wonder why there are ribs on the main shaft that go almost all the way to the base. It also have to be constantly under your hand control, otherwise it just slips out. It is possible just to sit on it (its not really dangerous as it not that long and flexes at the kink portion easily) but then the angle is not under your control and is not sufficient to really hit the prostate. So the whole affair is not that great. Add to it that it is made of smooth hard plastic which become slippery when in work and the whole business becomes somewhat cumbersome. Also, I found vibes not particularly suitable. The vibes amplitude is too shallow and frequency too high for intended application, it feels as mildly pleasurable but not strong sufficiently. So the bottom line its Ok to use on occasion and can tune one up for the following 'real' pleasure, can be used as enhancement for self-pleasuring, could helpful as part of the prostate massage particularly when prostate is painful or particularly sensitive. But that's all. For health purpose still Aneros products are more functional and between vibrators there should be better products (probably more expensive too).
