Good, and now a must-have, but I swear it lasts a few months at best. Cap is stupidly prone to cracking.
As others have pointed out, it is very easy to over-tighten the battery cap and break it. It happened after a couple of months for me. Before it broke, though, it had strong vibration and is slim enough for easy anal use.
I bought 2 of these and dropped both of them. The lid cracked and they were unusable. Even before dropping the kids would not stay on. I final bought a rechargeable bullet from Walmart and it works great.

To clarify my rating, while it worked I LOVED it. but it's a delicate little plastic thing and it broke right at the switch (it's a turn-the-cap switch located at the non-vibrating end of the wand. Could not fix it, and I did try. Heartbreak.
I loved it until it wouldn’t work two months later.
The only thing about this I dont like is that the top breaks very easily. I've had to continuously re-order because after a few months the top ALWAYS stops working.
