Was exactly as advertised
They sent me a broken unit in a messed up box. Initially when i contacted customer service they tried to tell me that i was not able to return the item! No way. You send me a clearly broken item, I am not paying for that. After some haggling they finally agreed to allow me to return it. I sent it back a week ago. So far no acknowledgment of having received the item nor has a refund been made to my account. I will not deal with this company again. There's better stores out there.
