Good product and a fair deal! I purchased these to use in photoshoots either to connect gear or to use in fetish oriented photoshoots (hints the name they use KinkLab) and they are perfect. My fetish oriented shoots are not about real bondage but on portraying the look and mode of bondage and related fetish elements. Using these snap hooks makes it easy to connect chains, cuffs, etc. quickly but still providing the shiny look of metal. Recent books like "50 Shades" have raised the visibility of fetish to a much higher level and these clips help to make such play safer, easer and faster. That said, these are always handy to have around the house. Just like keeping some zip ties or wire closures for bread bags, putting one of these in your kitchen tool drawer is a great call. These snap hooks are fine, they do the trick connecting wrist and ankle cuffs to an under the bed restraint system. I bought them at the same time I ordered the rest of the system because it was convenient but they are a little expensive. Other than that there is no problem with them and they serve their purpose well.

Very strudy item. Works great. I have several of these. Slide mechinism works smooth and without any hangups.
This product appears to be solidly constructed. However, it was a bit "sticky" when opening the clasp, though that may reduce with use. Also, when I got the product, the INSIDE of the packaging was dirty - black pieces of muck all over, and scratches on the plastic. I'm not sure why that happened, but I was not impressed.
