Incredibly silky, virtually seamless and perfectly weighted, Lia Love Balls are a pleasurable, effective way to build up strong pelvic floor muscles.
When your sex muscles are in shape, you might find that you experience increased sensation and stronger orgasms- who doesn't want that? Made from high quality pure silicone, the two round, weighted spheres will need to be held in place, causing you to squeeze and flex the pelvic floor muscles, hence, the workout.
If you practice kegel exercises, they're are perfect for helping you isolate the muscles to work out.
Once you've mastered control, you can take things a step further into pure pleasure, since any movement will make the Balls vibrate gently.
You can keep them in place as long as you like, even during everyday activities.
The hygienic silicone material is easy to clean and sterilize, and is incomparably body friendly.
Always use a good water based lube if needed with the Balls.

They are comfortable, I forget I have them in. But there is one thing. I went to remove them and the finger hook some how slipped off and reacted like a rubber band and that sting and welt I got hurt like hell! So here is a warning, make sure you have a good grasp. Go ahead and laugh, because I found it funny (after the sting went away) and so did my husband.
In my opinion, these balls have more a few more flaws than perks, but they were not the worst I've tried. Pros: * They were quite affordable. I paid $4 with free shipping, and they got here quickly. * They use silicone coating over ABS plastic, which means they're quite silky to the touch and easy to clean. * The string does make pulling them out a bit easier than Ben Wa Balls without a cord. Cons: * They're loud. Really very loud, and there is no way to wear them discreetly. * These are WAY too big. It took me several minutes just to get them in and positioned comfortably. * Because of the size, I had to use lube to get them in. That means more prep than easier to use models. * Something about them can occasionally pinch and feel very uncomfortable. I'm pretty sure it's the seam. * I don't think they did much good as they never once felt as though they may fall out. I felt uncomfortable pressure from how large they were the entire time I wore them, and didn't have to clench my PC muscles to keep them in. These might be nice for those with naturally larger anatomy, or those unfamiliar with Kegel exercises or Ben Wa Balls. For me personally, I much prefer glass Ben Wa Balls in a much smaller size.
feels amazing, the silicone makes is easy to slide these big balls in. they are very loud though, and they can be heard in a quiet place so don't jump up jump around when no one is talking, lol or someone may ask what that rattling sound is... but it still feels awesome.
These are a first for me. Not quiet sure if I am placing them right or not but these started to hurt after about 5 minutes. After 'replacing' them they seemed OK. Did not care for the 'vibrations' as they did nothing and you could hear them so if wearing them around people they might wonder...
