Received this in a mystery box and when we got it I was like yeah something me and hubby can have fun with. but my husband had a time trying to get the batteries in the darn thing. we never was able to get the case for the batteries off to put them in the bullet. but customer service was awesome and they gave me a gift card for another product and I look forward to getting another mystery box and a different bullet for the toy to try it out. it looks like a good c-ring and would like to try it out.
