feels real, the strap diffidently helps it to stay on. the head is a bit too thick, but it's good..

doubt at first since I tried another extension before, but this one did the job, the balls strap held it firmly in place and it felt comfortable inside, I am very good in girth so I filled it nicely penetration was deep and good, good thing we got sound proof walls.
