Great for Beginers
When i bought this item i was at first skeptical about how nice the item would be and how well it would work because i got such a great deal on it, but when it finaly came in the mail and my girlfriend and i tried it out we were ecstatic! Having tried a few other gags that we got at our local adult store we ran into a problem (there aren't many gags for beginers) but with this gag you have the pleasure of being restrained without most of the uncomfortable trappings of traditional ball gags or bit-style gags. the only critisism i have on this item is that you can't change out the ring for something bigger. The ring it comes with works perfectly but isn't big enough for a guy to let his "little buddy" go into. All in all, its a great buy for fetishist's of all kinds.

I got this for my girlfriend. The strap is supposed to be adjustable, but it is way too large to fit a head, and the ring itself it too small and just falls out of the mouth. It was flimsy, because when I tried to fix the "to long" problem, the whole thing just snapped in half.

Not Big Enough
The opening for this is only about as big as a quarter, so it definitely will not work if you had planned on putting anything in the mouth. Don't waste your money.

Not what you think you are getting
This is not what I thought I was getting. The strap is adjustable however, it only adjusts so far and then it slips off down onto your neck. I just wasted my money on this, don't waste yours!

This item is nice and built well but the opening in the mouth should be bigger. it's lose in her mouth and allows nothing to fit through it.

Leather wrap
Fairly good the ring could use to be bigger, but I knew that going in I could not find a 2" one any where that was nickle free. This however works well to keep the mouth open if only for tongue tip or liquids. The other major issue is the leather wrap thus minus 1 star I was under the impression it was silicone, leather force and consistent moisture are bound to create a problem.
